ClinPay FLS: A Financial Lifecycle
System for Clinical Trials
The Clinverse ClinPay Financial Lifecycle System (ClinPay FLS) is a sophisticated, holistic approach to completing the automation cycle that began with Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), Electronic Data Capture (EDC) and Interactive Voice Response Systems (IVRS)—and beyond
We’ve designed our next-gen technology to strategically solve the problems facing the clinical trial process; namely, a lack of communication between systems that results in an effusion of manual processes.
Data often needs to be collected manually from a range of disparate systems as it passes through each stage of the automation cycle; which adds unnecessary time and effort to the entire clinical trial process. To get past this, ClinPay FLS plugs in to existing EDC, CTMS, IVRS and other technologies to supplement functionality.
Capable of supporting contract management, contract translation, payment automation, accounting and reporting, data aggregation and budgeting functionality in total, ClinPay FLS syncs up with the systems that clinical trial managers, sites, sponsors and CROs are already utilizing.
Our ClinPay FLS solution offers robust GAAP accounting and financial analysis capability. Acting as a sub-module to supplement general ledger functions, ClinPay FLS interfaces with your current accounting systems via a GL interface. This lets our powerful solutions transform raw financial data in to useful information—and allows you to manage contract amendments as necessary
Need comprehensive reporting, VAT-related experience and unmatched transparency?
We’ve got you covered.
Our cloud-based solution eliminates the manual process of calculating and tracking Investigator and other third-party payments, enabling global Investigators to effortlessly electronically invoice for their services. Sponsors and CROs also benefit, as they can review, approve and electronically pay investigators
And for sponsors that utilize more than one CRO, ClinPay represents an opportunity to introduce accounting and payment processing consistency (across all trials)—regardless of who is running the trials.
